A major part of our task involves the supply and installation of over 1.3 kilometres of 1.6mm galvanised smoke seals. These seals are carefully fixed into concrete and notched around vertical steel purlins, playing a crucial role in enhancing fire protection and regulatory compliance.

We’re also responsible for over 4,800lm of external precast caulking, designed to provide superior durability, weather resistance, and a flawless finish to the exterior.

In the coming months, we’ll be focusing on the facade, installing:

• Over 1,000sqm of Fielders Cadence cladding in a Monument finish for a modern and streamlined look.
• Over 300sqm of solid aluminium for the feature canopy, enhancing both design and functionality.

This is a significant project, but our team is more than ready for the challenge. With meticulous planning and precise execution, we’re dedicated to delivering outstanding results at every stage. We are proud to have ISG Frames supplying the facade framing to make this project possible.
