Williams Landing Brand New Strata Office

Located at 87 Overton Road, Williams Landing VIC, Hudson Hub is a seven‑storey strata office building developed by Cedar Woods and designed by Hames Sharley. This ~16,000 m² building includes 73 strata office suites (plus five ground‑floor retail tenancies), secured car parking, a rooftop terrace, and premium end‑of‑trip amenities.

Strategically positioned within 400 m of Williams Landing station and just off the Princes Freeway, the building supports bicycle parking, EV charging, rain‑water harvesting, rooftop solar PV, high‑performance facade elements, and Level 3 private balconies. With more than 60 % of suites pre‑sold at topping‑out in May 2025, Hudson Hub responds to a booming demand for premium suburban workplaces as the City of Wyndham rapidly approaches a half‑million population by 2040

Steel Framing and Facade Package for Hacer Group

We are working with Hacer Group to deliver the façade package for this project. Our scope includes the fabrication and installation of lightweight steel framing to support the facade system, which has been completed.

Large Scale Cladding of Mondoclad On Multiple Levels

We are currently progressing on the installation of over 2,600sqm of 3mm Mondoclad panels in Silver Metallic finish by HVG Facades. These panels are being installed on the rectangular external structure that frames the upper levels of the building, wrapping around the vertical fins and horizontal soffits surrounding the glass facade.

What’s Next: Privacy Screens

Next, we will be installing over 50lm of privacy screens, using 4mm solid aluminium panels glazed into custom frames, which will add both privacy and design consistency to the upper levels of the building.

Boom Lift Coordination for Safe and Accurate Installation

With a facade of this scale, careful coordination is key. We’ve deployed multiple boom lifts across different elevations, allowing our crew to install panels safely and efficiently. This project showcases our ability to manage large, complex facade installations while maintaining precision and quality across all aspects of the build.
