Project Completion: Balustrades at Narre Warren Station

We have finished up our work at the Level Crossing Removal Project’s Webb Street, Narre Warren project, where we delivered our signature perforated feature cladding and stairwell balustrades.

Designed for Safety and Accessibility

Designed by Mott MacDonald to ensure safety and accessibility along the Narre Warren Station platform staircases, our team at Custom Clad supplied and installed over 200lm of aluminium balustrades across both staircases.

Clean & Consistent Aluminium Finish

The balustrades feature aluminium perforated panels, powdercoated in a White Satin finish. To suit the design and structural requirements, 6mm aluminium panels were used at the landings, while 4mm aluminium panels were installed along the stair flights, delivering a clean and consistent architectural finish throughout.

Beyond Facades and Cladding

This project highlights how our experience working with aluminium extends beyond facade and cladding applications, allowing us to apply the same level of precision and craftsmanship across balustrades as well.
