We partnered with ADCO Constructions to deliver a major facade cladding scope for the new Clyde North Police Station. Located at the corner of Newgrange Boulevard and Matterhorn Drive in Clyde North, this project forms part of a significant upgrade in civic infrastructure in Melbourne’s south-east.

Our first major scope involved the corrugated aluminium perforated screen system by Solidal. This feature element defines the facade character, offering both visual depth and functional shading, while aligning with the building’s civic tone.

Next, our team installed over 1,000sqm of anodised aluminium panels from the Bluechip Ultralign series, using the 155 × 18mm concave profile. These panels clad the first and second floors and complement the screen system by providing a clean, durable and high-end finish. The anodised aluminium ensures long-term colour stability and minimal maintenance, making it ideal for a community facility designed for everyday use.

Completing our package, we supplied and installed 6mm and mm cement sheets from James Hardie across selected facades. These sheets deliver a cost-efficient and robust cladding substrate that integrates seamlessly with the aluminium systems.

This project was both challenging and rewarding. We are proud to have played a role in elevating the architecture of Victoria through enduring materials and high-quality finishes. More importantly, we are honoured to contribute to the public infrastructure that supports community safety and justice.
