The Bridgestone Distribution Centre at Port of Brisbane is a purpose-built facility spanning 23,340sqm on a 5.16-hectare site in the Port West Industrial Estate. The development comprises a high-volume warehouse, modern office space, expansive hardstand, and dedicated parking areas. Sustainability is embedded into the design, with rooftop solar panels, battery storage, low-carbon concrete, and recycled materials contributing to a reduced environmental footprint.

Custom Clad worked alongside McNab to deliver the cladding scope for the main office building of Bridgestone’s new warehouse facility at the Port of Brisbane. Our team was engaged to provide a durable and visually striking solution that would complement the scale of the development while reflecting Bridgestone’s strong brand identity.
We supplied and installed over 500sqm of MondoClad panels in Pure White and Pure Red, with each panel mounted on precision-engineered top hats and subframes. Carefully aligned with barge purlins and supported by steel struts, the red finish pays homage to Bridgestone’s iconic colour, creating an unmistakable presence on the facade.
The standout feature of the project is the precise soffit alignment, which delivers a smooth, seamless return of the cladding fascia right to the tip of the nib wall. This meticulous detailing transforms the cladding from purely functional to a bold architectural statement, showcasing the value of craftsmanship in achieving a clean, refined finish.
