Custom Clad is proud to have contributed to this significant project for the local community, delivering façade solutions that support both function and architectural intent. Working closely with the broader project team, our scope focused on enhancing the building’s public-facing elements while aligning seamlessly with the hospital’s overall design language.
The project included the supply and installation of the west colonnade canopy cladding, featuring custom 40 × 20 mm aluminium battens paired with 3 mm solid aluminium panels. Both elements were powdercoated in Dulux Duratec Elements Iceberg Flat, a finish selected to introduce warmth and visual depth to the colonnade.
This material combination creates a welcoming edge to the building, reinforcing the civic presence of the hospital while maintaining durability and performance in a high-traffic environment.
In addition, Custom Clad supplied and installed aluminium columns at Level 5, clad with 3 mm Mondoclad in a Walnut Brown finish. These elements add contrast and character to the upper levels of the structure, contributing to a cohesive and refined architectural outcome.
The completed works demonstrate a balance between technical precision and thoughtful design, supporting the delivery of a contemporary health facility that serves both its users and the wider community.
