Hudson Hub, Williams Landing is a seven-storey commercial development in Melbourne’s rapidly growing western corridor, strategically located at 87 Overton Road within the Williams Landing Town Centre. Developed by Cedar Woods Properties and designed by Hames Sharley, the building responds to the increasing demand for high-quality suburban workplaces outside Melbourne’s CBD. Spanning approximately 16,000sqm, the project comprises 73 strata-titled office suites across seven levels, with ground-floor retail tenancies and premium amenities.

Our team at Custom Clad was proud to work alongside Hacer Group to bring the project’s unique facade to life. The scope included aluminium cladding works, supporting light gauge steel framing and privacy screen installations across the upper levels of the building.
The main scope comprised over 2,600sqm of 3mm Mondoclad aluminium cladding in Silver Metallic finish, wrapping the rectangular external form that frames the upper levels. This included both vertical and horizontal surfaces around the glass facade, giving the top section its bold architectural look.
In addition, our team delivered 50lm of privacy screens on Level 3 open air balconies, finished with 4mm powdercoated aluminium panels.
