Designed by Woods Bagot, constructed by Hacer Group, and managed by Stonebank Group, St. Clare comprises 103 residences alongside resort-style amenities and landscaped gardens that encourage people to slow down, connect and stay active.sense of place. Custom Clad supplied and installed more than 1,500sqm of 3mm powdercoated aluminium cladding in a Dark Bronze finish across the development. The material was carried consistently throughout the project to create a cohesive look across multiple buildings and shared spaces.
The Dark Bronze finish extends across building shrouds and planter boxes, adding durability while maintaining a consistent architectural language throughout the precinct.
At the main feature entrance and shared living areas, the same material continues through canopies and surrounding elements, creating a clear arrival point and linking the internal and external spaces together.
At each of the four buildings, pergolas were constructed using the same Dark Bronze aluminium, reinforcing continuity across the site and providing sheltered outdoor spaces for residents.
Separately, a bespoke central pergola was delivered within the shared courtyard using perforated aluminium screens. Positioned as a gathering point, it keeps the space open and visually connected to the surrounding gardens.
The project places strong emphasis on lifestyle and community, creating an environment that supports calm, connected living for the elderly. We’re glad to have played a part in delivering spaces that bring people together while remaining practical and long-lasting.
