Custom Clad partnered with McNab to deliver the aluminium cladding scope for the two office buildings within warehouse lots 120 and 122 at the Vantage Yatala Industrial Estate. Our role was to provide a high-quality facade solution that complemented the scale of the development while aligning with the estate’s premium industrial standards.
Across both office buildings, we supplied and installed more than 400sqm of 3mm Mondoclad aluminium cladding in a sleek Silver Grey finish. This included spandrel panels positioned behind the glazing, ensuring a consistent and refined facade appearance while maintaining durability and low maintenance.
To add character and visual identity to the warehouse, we also delivered Mondoclad panels in a striking Red finish to highlight the building’s corner. All panels were fixed using a robust top hat system, providing strength and precision alignment that elevates the overall architectural expression of the project.
